What Attracts Men

Men like women who are capable. If you want to know what attracts men, take the time to learn to love a few things that are not specifically female. If you have a favourite car then learn about it. If you like to watch baseball then learn some interesting statistics about your favorite team. There has to be common ground that both men and women share as an interest. The basis for attraction is not purely physical. There is a lot of attraction that is based on intellectual attributes and things that you both have in common.

There has always been a division where men and women have things to do that the other sex does not enjoy. To encourage a man who is showing an attraction towards you, show him that you enjoy doing some of the things that he does. Invite him to a baseball game. Meet him at a burger joint and enjoy the food. Ask his opinion about something that is meaningful to him. The key here is to be genuine.

Appearance:

Take appearance seriously but do not make it the focal point of your life. It is true that men like women who are hot. Keep in mind, that being hot is not being dressed to the nine's every second of the day. Sometimes, being hot is lounging around in an old tee-shirt with your hair all messed up. Take care of yourself.

Be Yourself:

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so if you want to attract a quality man who genuinely likes you then be yourself. It is not fun to get to know someone only to discover they are someone else entirely. Getting to know yourself takes a little bit of alone time. To help you find a man who enjoys the same activities as you do requires that you do the things that you enjoy. When you have things in common with the opposite sex you are ahead of the game. Having things in common gives him plenty of openings to ask you out.

Be Domestic:

Learn a few skills around the house. Men love food - food is what attracts men. So learn to cook. This does not mean you have to become the best chef in the world. It simply means that you should know your way around the kitchen. It is a good idea to invite him to help you. Enjoy a meal that you both helped prepare. Relationships are about being equal partners. You were not made to be his personal servant, but it is nice to surprise him with cookies.
